Vol. I  ·  Privacy

On privacy.

A plain account of what we collect, what we don't, and what you can ask for. Last revised on 1 June 2026.

No advertising, no selling, no trackers.

We collect what the product needs to run, store it in one ordinary database, and tell you exactly what that is. Nothing more.

What we collect.

Your username, a hashed password, and an optional email. If you sign in with Google we also receive your Google identifier, name, and profile picture URL. Beyond that, only the headlines you submit, the ratings you give, and account statistics (credits, streak, accuracy) derived from your own activity. Your browser keeps a login token in local storage.

What we don't.

No analytics scripts. No advertising pixels. No browser fingerprinting or behavioural tracking. No selling of any data, ever.

Your rights.

You may request a copy, a correction, or the full deletion of your account by writing on r/DoesThisFly. Requests are honoured within two weeks. This site is not for anyone under thirteen. Material changes to this policy will be marked with a fresh revision date.
