FAQ
Can I buy credits?
Not yet. You earn them by rating. That's the point. Mutual aid, not pay-to-win.
Does the credit economy actually work?
Yes. Rate 1 set, earn 1 credit. Submit single headline, costs 3 credits. Submit batch, costs 2 credits per headline.
If you think the math doesn't work, tell me why on r/Kliks. I'll listen to feedback that shows better tokenomics.
Why does the site look boring?
It's in progress. Function before polish.
Can I use DoesThisFly as a free headline analyzer for Substack or Medium?
Yes. That's most of what it's built for. Submit a few headline variations and real human readers click the ones that catch them. Works the same whether you're testing blog titles before posting on Substack, Medium, your YouTube videos, or chapter titles for books. The verdict is on which title actually lands, not which one sounds clever in your own head.
How do I fix low CTR before I publish?
Most low CTR fixes happen at the title, not in the post itself. Take your draft headline, write 4 or 5 close alternatives, and run them through DoesThisFly before you hit publish. You'll see which one real readers actually click and which ones they scroll past. Cheaper than paid A/B testing on your own audience, faster than guessing.
My headline isn't getting enough impressions.
We're still growing. Invite people and we all benefit. More raters = faster results for everyone.
Where do I ask questions?
Most questions answered there. The list will grow as people actually use this thing.
